Celebrating the Voices of Bridgwater

Ink Jam are bringing their exciting Mobile Printmaking Studio from Thursday 27
February-Sunday 2 March 2025, 10.20am-4pm to Angel Place Shopping Centre,
Bridgwater for a series of Pop Up T-shirt printing workshops and activities. All free of charge to everyone!

Our workshops are offered on a drop in basis- just turn up and bring your friends or family!

We are interested in hearing from Bridgy locals about their communities. What do you value here? What would you like for the future of the town? We want to talk to you about your memories from the past, and their hopes for the future.

Join us for a fun, hands-on workshop where you can design your own unique T-shirt using playful use of typeface! Choose from a range of images or create your own, then trace and transfer your design onto recycled card and packaging to make your own print. With our large printing press, we’ll bring your words to life on fabric!

Every T-shirt will be one of a kind, capturing the thoughts, hopes, and memories of Bridgwater’s community. Plus, we’ll document everyone’s creations, building a fascinating snapshot of our town’s voices. Come along, get creative, and make something totally unique!

Print Your Imagination!

Everyone is welcome to get involved! Younger participants can have fun designing bright and cheerful fruit and veggie faces, inspired by the shop’s past as a greengrocer. Using bold colors and recycled materials, we’ll print these playful designs onto T-shirts—and even create a fun gallery wall to celebrate the shop’s history!

Each child will get to take home their own unique T-shirt, making this a fantastic, free activity full of creativity and color. Come along and join the fun!
